A big thank you to Michael for allowing us to park in the garage when all we had was cash. We only brought cash and couldn't find a place to park, he was kind enough to accommodate us. When we were ready to leave he met with us and let us pay cash. Customer service at its best.

Convenient to many downtown destinations. Courteous attendants, feels secure when you leave garage. Rates are reasonable even on baseball game days.

$12 all day and overnight parking. It's kind of a small garage. Larger vehicles may not fit. I think this is one of the best value parking garages in downtown Houston. it's right next to the light rail. You must prepaid to park. Save your ticket cuz you need it to exit. Most garages in Houston are double or even triple the cost of this place.

The building manager Jay, Security, and staff are very professional! They have allowed me to park my full- size van in their garage a couple of times now. It is difficult to find a garage that is high enough clearance to pull my van in to. I feel that my van, and myself are very safe in their garage. There are not many companies, and people as accommodating as these folks are. I really appreciate it, and will park here every time I am in the area. It is the best parking garage I have ever been in. Thank You!

I gave this place a 5 star review because it’s only $12 for all day parking. In addition to it being all-day parking they consistently have security or parking attendants available. It’s conveniently located right next to Main St giving you access to all the wonderful bars, hotels, and restaurants such as The Market District, Victory Lounge, and the JW Marriott.

Binz provides ample parking space right in the middle of downtown at a very reasonable daily price of just $10 (at the time of writing this review). Located right off Texas Ave and very close to i45, this is a great spot to park overnight if lodging in a downtown hotel nearby. Elevators are located at the corner of each floor. The staff is very helpful and helps customers check in / pay at the check out. Parking spaces are decently sized but the lanes are a bit tight and sharp turns - nothing too dire though considering where the garage is located.
